When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 7. If we don’t hear from you by then, we will assume you’re unable to attend. If you miss the deadline but still plan to join us, please reach out to us at samandaimee2026@gmail.com.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.

When and where is the wedding?

The ceremony will take place on 07/18/2026 at Aspen Hall 18920 NW Shevlin Park Rd, Bend, OR 97701 . The reception will follow at the same location.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:45pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus-one. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!

What should I wear?

Answer

Casual, but polished. Polo shirts, button-downs, sundresses, skirts, and nice pants are perfect. Please no t-shirts, baseball caps, or overly casual items.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Aspen Hall has parking available. There is a free, on-site parking lot for guests. However, please be aware that the 64 parking spaces are shared by park and trail users, so it is recommended to carpool to help ensure space for everyone.

Will any transportation be provided?

We kindly ask that you coordinate your own transportation to the venue.
