FAQs

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking as we have rented the entire ranch.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be outside, and historically the end of October gets to a high of the mid 70's. There's a reason they call it peak season! While the wedding party will be dressed formally, we request to keep your attire semi-formal or above.

Question

I have a dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

We'll do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have. Please let us know us know asap so we can discuss options with our caterers! Please email me at addisen.willett@gmail.com.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You bet! Go ahead and check out the "Travel" section of this site. Unbelievably, all listed accommodations are 6 minutes from the venue, so either Google is lying or we are getting married in an energy vortex.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids! We love them so much that we wouldn't want to subject them to boring wedding stuff. Apologies, but we request to leave them home for this event.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love dates! We love them so much that we wouldn't want to subject them to boring wedding stuff. Apologies, but unless we have talked to you specifically, we request to leave them home for this event.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'll have more information when we send out the actual invites but we would love to have all RSVPs by September 30th at the absolute latest. If you forget, just remember this pneumonic device- "Soon Everyone Participating in The Enjoyable Marital Bonding Enters Responses... 30th".

Question

What's going on with your registry?

Answer

As 30 year old adults living our best lives, if there was a household item we desperately needed, we would have already bought it for ourselves. I (Addisen) thought it might be fun to "sell off" parts of the future home we need and mirror the process of a regular registry while doing it. Functionally, it just links to a Venmo account and no items are actually purchased which is why you see marble countertops for $100.

Question

Why are the funds only available in Venmo?

Answer

Venmo is a mobile payment service that's pretty widely used. The reason I chose it for most items is that there is no credit card processing fee attached to the amounts, meaning everything you decide to give goes straight to us. If you don't want to use Venmo, I have set up a blanket fund for our honeymoon called "Honeymoon Fund" that has no goal amount and that will take credit cards. Whichever is easier for you!
