Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

A shuttle from Woodloch Springs will start running at 3:30 pm until 4:15 pm, and again towards the end of the reception to bring guests back to the Springs. Exact locations for the shuttle stops will be provided upon check-in. For any guests staying at East Shore Lodging, Hampton Inn Matamoras/Milford, or Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region - please indicate on the RSVP page if you will be using our shuttle service so we can plan accordingly. Please check back on this page for shuttle times to/from the other hotels after all guests have RSVP’d. If you are staying at another property, Uber/Lyft is not reliable in this area so please plan alternate transportation. Golf carts are available at the venue for those who need walking assistance.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the Inn where both our ceremony and reception will be held.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, followed by cocktail hour which will be indoor and outdoor (under a heated awning). The reception will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested. As our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors, please dress accordingly and bring a jacket if needed!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 pm, as we plan to begin the ceremony promptly at 4:30 pm.

What if I want to stay in a house at Woodloch Springs but don’t know anyone?

Answer

We are happy to try to match you with other guests interested in staying in our wedding block at the Springs! Please reach out and let us know.

Am I allowed to bring my children or a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Please reach out to us if you have further questions!

What dining options are available at Woodloch?

Answer

We will be providing hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner at the reception, but for additional meals during your stay please see below: Sit down meals: - Woodloch Springs Clubhouse (reservations required) -Woodloch Pines Dining Room (reservations required) Please call 570-685-8000 Option #1, then Option #3 to make reservations. Counter service: The Country Store Deli, Gigi’s Coffee Shop, Woodloch Market
