You can RSVP by navigating to the RSVP tab on this website! Once on this page, enter your full name as addressed on your invite. From there, you can RSVP to each of our events being held on our wedding weekend. Please do let us know if you plan on taking the shuttle on our wedding day and if you have any dietary restrictions/allergies so we may plan accordingly!
Middletown, NY has many hotel options within 15 minutes driving distance of our venue. We have organized a few hotels with discounted rates, and some which will be a pickup/drop off location for our shuttles, which can be found in the Travel tab.
During the reception, menus will be provided at your table and the staff will take your dinner order. No need to make a selection beforehand!
Yes, shuttle buses will be provided on our wedding day. The shuttles will pick up and drop off from two of the hotels listed in the Travel tab.
Our wedding ceremony and reception dress code is formal. We suggest that men wear a dark suit and a tie and women wear a long dress. For the Friday welcome party, feel free to dress smart casual. For Sunday, theres no dress code! Just put clothes on!!
Yes, West Hills Country Club has a free parking lot available for our guests who would prefer to drive.
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors atop a stone flooring. Our cocktail hour and reception will be held in a large temperature-controlled tent.
Our reception will be held at the same location as our ceremony, West Hills Country Club.
Invitees and plus ones are specifically noted on the envelopes of the invitations sent out to you and are noted in the RSVP section of this site.

Yes, food will be served buffet style and drinks will be available at the bar.
