I am driving, what do I need to know.

Answer

We live in a residential neighborhood with narrow streets that should be one way but they are NOT. Look out for cars coming in your direction so you can pull over and let them pass, or play chicken until someone caves. 🐔 🚗

Okay....but what about parking?

Answer

Street parking! All the streets around us are free to park. It has never been an issue finding parking in the area, but we highly recommend dropping a pin or taking down the address where you parked because these streets do not use the grid system 😵‍💫

Tell me about the venue.

Answer

It is our tiny rental house! We will spend most of our time in the yard (weather permitting), but the house will be open for food, drinks, restrooms (there are 3), and air conditioning. A few steps/stairs are required to get in and out of the house from the yard. 🌞

What should I wear?!

Answer

More than anything, we want you to be comfortable! Plan on being outside and in grass when you are picking your outfit, so grab a pair of sunglasses and leave your stilettos at home. Sundresses, linen, short sleeve button ups are all great options. 💃

Where is the after party?

Answer

After our final toast, we will head to Sidekicks for anyone who wants to keep the party going! 🪩 Sidekicks is a 4am karaoke dive bar, so it should be pretty quiet around the time we head over. It is a 15 minute walk from our house and a 4 minute drive. If you plan on coming with a car, they do have a small parking lot as well as plenty of street parking on Montrose. Not a fan of karaoke? They have darts in the back 😎
