Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle scheduled to go to and from the Hampton Inn Ashland City and the venue at certain times. Contact Abi at (615) 438-0404 to have your name put on the shuttle list.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the venue. However, it is not an ample lot, so you may want to consider parking at the Hampton Inn and shuttling into the venue. If you choose the latter, then please contact Abi at (615) 438-0404 to have your name put on the list. Additionally, we encourage you to use the shuttle service if you will be consuming alcohol. If you need to leave your car at the venue overnight on the 10th, you may, but you must pick it up on the morning of the 11th.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd appreciate if you'd celebrate with us in Cocktail Attire. Examples of this would be knee-, tea-, or midi-length dress, pantsuits, or chic-trousers and top for women as well as a suit and jacket for men.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

"Doors Open" a half an hour before the ceremony start time.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block coordinated with Hampton Inn - Ashland City. However, you must book via the link under "Travel" heading and before April 9th, 2024. Also under the "Travel" heading are preferred AirBnb recommendations if a hotel is not your ideal travel stay.
