Question

Can I Bring My Kids?

Answer

We have addressed each invitation to include the members of your family as listed. We did our best to thoughtfully account for children during the invitation process. We are also thrilled to celebrate with those guests who have recently welcomed little ones in 2025 and 2026 — congratulations to all of our growing families, and those newest members are warmly welcome. Please note that our ceremony will be a full Mass and will last approximately one to one and a half hours. If you plan to bring an infant or toddler and feel they may need a break during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you consider seating toward the side or back of the church, allowing for an easy and comfortable exit if needed. We are so grateful to share this meaningful day with you and truly look forward to celebrating together.

Question

Is There a Hotel We Can Stay At?

Answer

We have partnered with two different hotels that you can find on the travel page. For a boutique experience, we have a room block at the Evergreen, which focuses on the Maine experience in all things local. We also have a room block within the Hampton Inn and they are both located off western Avenue only about five minutes from our venue.

Question

What Kind of Food Will Be Served?

Answer

This will be buffet style. We will be picking out our menu in the spring of 2026, so please come back to this FAQ for an update on our menu. We will have the wedding cake that is smaller, just for the bride, groom and their immediate family. We understand not everyone that likes cake so we will have small bites of different desserts for you to choose from.

Question

Cookie table?

Answer

Salvatore’s family has a tradition to have a cookie table at events. We will be having a cookie table at the reception. If you wish to bring a batch of cookies, feel free. We do just wish that we stay away from nuts as we do have a couple guests that are allergic. This is not mandatory at all, but we just are putting this out there if you are wanting to participate in this tradition.

Question

Will there be an ingredient warnings on the food?

Answer

Dietary accommodations will be thoughtfully considered based on the information provided with your RSVP. Ingredient notices will be available for gluten and other identified dietary restrictions. Please note that all food served will be nut-free and dye-free.
