FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we have listed here, please reach out to our wedding planner, Elisa at iloveadrianawed@gmail.com.
Question

How do I get to the wedding if I stay at Iberostar?

Answer

We will be arranging a shuttle for all of our guests to get to and from the hotel and Villa La Joya, so you're in good hands.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to bring your kids if you would like. Just ensure that you have confirmed this with Andrea and her wedding planner (Elisa) as we would need to cater for all guests at the wedding. Babysitters for wedding ceremony/reception highly encouraged.

Question

Do I need a passport for Mexico?

Answer

Yes, a passport is required to enter Mexico, and must not be expiring within 6 months of entry date. We recommend renewing as far in advance as possible as passport services are extremely backed up due to covid.

Question

Will I have to get a Covid test to enter Mexico or re-enter the United States?

Answer

At this point, Mexico does not require you to take a covid test to enter the country. They will take your temperature at the resort upon arrival. The staff also takes precautions with masks, sanitation stations, and covid cleaning protocols to help avoid the spread. The US does require a negative covid test to re-enter the country. These can be arranged through the resort upon arrival.
