Hotel Blocks

Answer

We have blocked 20 rooms at the Lewis River Inn for August 28-29. They are reserved for the Patel-Saltzman wedding at a 20% discount. You have to call and book directly with them to receive the discount. Please note that the block will release July 14 and the discount will no longer be applicable after that date. If you have already booked with them prior to the block, they will still honor the discount if you inform them your stay is for the Patel-Saltzman wedding. If they do not, please let me know and I will reach out to them.

What is the dress code?

Summer Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, and button-ups/slacks.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

The Reception dinner is accommodating with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options to choose from!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding and reception will both be outdoors! There will be trees and tents providing shade.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! Be advised that this wedding will be on the Lewis River. Children will require constant supervision for their own safety.

Will there be parking?

Answer

There will be parking in a nearby field to the wedding venue. Please carpool if able, parking is limited! There will be signs directing you to the parking.

What if I have difficulty walking?

Answer

If walking from the parking field to the venue will be difficult, please feel free to reach out to us ahead of time. We can arrange to have you dropped off at the gates of the venue. The walk is typically 3-5 minutes on a paved road with the exception of the grass field.
