Our story began at a poker table at Chris’ fraternity house in college. Sammie crashed the game (classic – she doesn’t even play poker) and sat directly across from him. She knew, without a doubt, that Chris would be the man she would someday marry. Fast forward a few years, we moved to Austin and our lives together took shape. Chris planned the perfect surprise proposal for Sammie overlooking the Christmas lights at Peppermint Parkway. This place has shaped so much of our story, we couldn’t imagine holding our wedding anywhere else.
