Mainly outdoors in a covered area, but there will be access to indoor spaces.

There will be parking spots at the venue (aka my house) with easy access in/out.

I would prepare for anywhere from 60f - 90f (15c - 32c). There will be fans and misters to help keep people cool, and the inside has AC.
