Is there going to be food at the Welcome Party on Friday?

There will be charcuterie for snacking, but there are many good restaurants on-site or nearby if you want to get a bite to eat beforehand.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30, so please arrive in time to find your seat. If you're taking the shuttle from Hotel Arista, it will be leaving at 3:45.

The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors.
