Transportation will be provided to and from all wedding day events. Ceremony: Shuttling from the Canopy hotel will begin at 12:30pm. We encourage all guests to be outside the hotel 10 minutes early. Shuttles will take all guests back to the canopy hotel following ceremony. Reception: Shuttling from the canopy hotel will begin at 4:15pm. We encourage all guests to be outside the hotel 10 minutes early. Shuttles will take all guests to the Canopy Hotel at the end of the night. End of the night shuttling will begin at 8:30pm. Last bus leaves at 11p. If necessary, cars are more than welcome to stay overnight at St. Charles.
