Airport to Casablanca City Center (40 mins)

Please make sure to exchange currency at the airport as most transportation methods only use cash payments. See FAQ for more information about Moroccan currency. - Taxis are available outside the airport terminal 24/7. The cost ranges from 300-350 MAD ($30-$35 USD). Please be sure to confirm the price before getting in or ask for the meter to be used. - Airport Shuttles are available for SOME hotels. Please check-in with your hotel beforehand to see if this service is provided. - Train travel is available in the airport. There is a station that connects to the Casa Voyageurs or Casa Port stations in the city center. A one-way ticket is approximately 50 MAD ($5-$6 USD). You may need another taxi to get from Casa Voyageur or Casa Port station to your place of stay. - In-Drive App (moroccan Uber alternative) is available for download. You can request a ride at the Airport and throughout your trip in Morocco. Prices can be similar to taxi costs. ** YOU WILL NEED A MOROCCAN NUMBER TO REQUEST A RIDE Collect a SIM Card from the airport. They are free when passed out and will have some money for you to use incase you need a Moroccan number for your transportation methods. Common phone services include "Orange" or "Inwi". Casablanca Travel Guide

- Shared Taxi: Abundant options that can be called on the street. Of note, a RED taxi can only hold a maximum of 3 people. If 2 people are in one taxi, it may stop during your trip to add another passenger. White taxis have limited areas they reach but typically carry more people. Cost generally ranges from 10-30 MAD ($1-$3 USD) for short distances. The longer the ride, the more the cost. PAY ONLY BY CASH. - Ride App (In-Drive): Costs are similar to that of taxis. You will need an App and a Moroccan Phone Number to request the ride. PAY ONLY BY CASH AFTER YOU REACH YOUR DESTINATION. - Trams: Casablanca has a modern Tram System that covers much of the city including key areas like the city center, Hassan II Mosque, and the coastal area (ie. Ain Diab Beach). Tickets are typically around 7-14 MAD ($0.70 - $1.40 USD) per trip. For more information, please check out the link below.
