K, as I affectionately call her 😂. My favorite sister! Through the years, we have had our journeys as sisters, and I thank God for where he has us now. There is no one else that I could imagine being my maid of honor! She's a wonderful sister but an even greater friend. During my dramatic phases, Keziah's wisdom keeps me level-headed. She has been my right-hand person throughout this process, and I'm grateful she will be standing by my side on this day.

Katherine girl! From the dorms in Ferguson to the aisles, Katherine and I have been through many transitions together, and now we are going through this next transition! She is a selfless person who always thinks of how her friends can better themselves, and it has been a privilege to receive that love. She has been by my side through it all, and during this process, my consultant😂. I'm grateful to have her on this journey. She is truly a friend that sticks closer than a brother 🫶. A sister in Christ!

Yaa baby! The one and only! It was in 2019 when we realized that we were the missing pieces in each other's life 🤣, and this beautiful friendship came about from then on. She immediately got a call if I did not see Yaa on Sunday, and I did not get any warning. Yaa has been a beacon of wisdom in my life. Plus, she is hilarious! She has been with me through the trenches (she knows which ones lol), and we have grown stronger because of it! I'm glad to have you as one of my bridesmaids!

"It's not about the time they spent with you but how they impacted your life in that time." This sums up Ruth and I's relationship. How we became close is a God thing. He chose the right season and the right time from discussing careers to forming our current relationship. It is all God. I love the insight/wisdom I receive from you during our prayer meetings and check-ins and how God has moved through these prayers. You have been a great friend, and I'm so glad to have you as one of my bridesmaids!

Akua and I met in Ms. Koenig's 8th-grade math class; we have been stuck since! To have the same name as my mom and the same birthday, I knew she was a remarkable person 😂. One thing about Akua and I is that you will find us at a Bdubs and occasionally a Portillo's. Even with the different paths that life has taken us, we have always remained close, cheering and supporting each other along the way. I call her my partner in crime! Now we have this next task to accomplish together!

Netcha ☺️! One of my favorite cousins! I From Kindercare to wedding bells, Netcha has been around for the ride. If I were to recount our journey together, it will be too long to tell, ( flashbacks to when I first learned to drive 😭). No matter where she may be, She remains one of the main supporters in my life. I'm grateful that she is in my life til this day to experience this special day with me!

Tyra girl! Tyra and I's journey started freshman year, as we were in the trenches of General biology class and college in general 😭. Oh the stories to tell 😂 . Tyra has been my girl from college to now adulthood, and I'm so glad that she remains one of my closest friends. One thing about Tyra is her joy; it is something I love and has helped me through difficult times. I'm thankful that she is on this journey with me!
