When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask everyone to RSVP by August 15, 2025.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Kimpton Sawyer does provide valet parking at the front of the hotel lobby. For the Kimpton Sawyer garage: First 2hrs: $15 Each additional 20 minutes: $3 Max: $40

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we’ve chosen to keep the guest list limited to close friends and family, so we’re unable to accommodate plus ones. We hope you understand!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration, so if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and make sure you have a wonderful time

Can I bring my child?

Answer

We love your little ones, but unfortunately, the wedding will be a child-free event. We welcome your little ones to the Friday event, however!
