They first met through the most romantic dating app in existence.... Bumble. They talked briefly then Michael (being the bad texter he is) ghosted Sally for a few days. Only to then text her a lovely message, "So do you want to go out on a date?". She was surprised to see him text her but since they clicked before she said yes. So, on March 15th, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. their date was set. Where was this date to take place you might ask, the place to get the best custard in the world, Kopp’s. On the day of Sally had to work at her then job Panera Bread, when she got off, she debated hard on whether to go. She then received a message from Michael saying he had arrived; she didn't want to stand him up and for him to have taken the bus there for nothing; so, she got her lazy butt up and off she went. Nervous at first and all through the date Sally did most of the talking and Michael well did most of the listening. They both had German Strudel custard which was ok not their favorites. They talked, laughed and saw a high-speed police chase. After some time, Sally gave Michael signals that she wanted him to kiss her, but Michael was too oblivious to see these signs. Her hopes were dwindling until he turned to her said, "So do you want to kiss?". From there they only grew closer, and it only took Michael 6 Months to ask Sally out officially and 1 and half years later he proposed.
