Where is the Ceremony taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Horseshoe Falls portion of the Niagara Falls State Park. There is more than one entrance to the park. I do not recommend entering where the Maid of the Mist entrance is. The portion of the park where the wedding will take place generally does not come up on GPS. Enter Spot Coffee, 24 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls, New York 14303 into your GPS. The entrance is directly across the street. Follow the roadway to the large Goat Island parking lot. Parking fee as of the time of this is $10. The meeting spot in the park is the Top of the Falls Restaurant at around 11:45 am, and will we proceed to spot that we decide on to be ready to start at 12 pm. This will be a standing only ceremony in the middle of the state park. The ceremony is going to be short and sweet. We know area may be to small for everyone to attend so we understand and expect not everyone will be able to make it to the ceremony and just the reception.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual Please dress comfortable. Think slacks with a nice shirt for the guys and ladies, just dress to impress whether dress or pants. We recommend flat shoes, no heels or wedges. Think comfort everybody we will be outside all day in July.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring a date/friend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome. We just request that you please use your best judgement on whether your children should attend. We suggest that with younger kids it may be easier for you to skip the ceremony and just attend the reception.

What kind of food be served at the reception?

Answer

We are going simple, hotdogs, hamburgers and sides and of course cake later on.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

We only have limited parking at the house so you may need to park on the street.

Can we smoke?

Answer

If you want to smoke, please be respectful of others and do so away from the crowd, we ask that go go behind the garage to the fire pit.

How's the drink situation looking?

Answer

We do not drink so we will not be buying any alcohol. If you choose to bring your own that is fine, but please drink responsibly.

Can you take pictures and videos?

We would love for you take pictures and videos as we are not having a photographers so please help us capture the memories
