Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal and cocktail attire to the wedding ceremony and reception. Suits of any color and cocktail dresses (midi or knee-length dresses are welcome). The ceremony is on the grass so plan to wear shoes in which you are comfortable walking on grass. Please note the Hunt Club requires men to wear jackets and women to wear comparable appropriate attire. The Hunt Club does not permit jeans, denim, shorts, or sneakers.
As much as we would love to have everyone join us in celebrating, we want to keep our wedding weekend as intimate as possible and kindly ask you only bring a date if that individual is listed on the invite.
We love your children, but this is an adult only affair.
We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding. Beginning at 3:30pm, guests will be picked up at the AC Hotel in Pinecrest and the Drury and taken to the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club. Starting at 8:30pm, shuttles will take guests every 30 minutes from the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club to the AC Hotel and the Drury.
There is limited parking at the Hunt Club. We will be providing transportation from Pinecrest to and from the Hunt Club. We strongly encourage guests to use a driving service or an Uber if you do not plan to use the transportation services we will be providing.
