FAQs

If you have any other questions, please call Nancy "Nan-a-Rama" Lyons (Mother of the Bride) at 509-531-8901.
Question

What is required for C19 Safety? (Seattle Events)

Answer

In accordance with City of Seattle and King County guidelines, proof of vaccination will be required for attendance of all of our wedding events. Please note there is a mask mandate in Seattle and restaurants require proof of vaccination for admittance. Please bring your vaccine card or a photo so you can enjoy all that Seattle has to offer.

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We understand plans are influx and subject to change but we would ask that you RSVP for the East Coast (Atlanta Event) by August 15, 2021 and for the West Coast (Seattle Events) by February 1, 2022. You can RSVP with the card provided in your invitation or via our website at anytime.

Question

Can I bring my kiddos?

Answer

While we love your children, our events will be adults only.

Question

Two Events? I am confused

Answer

After 2020, we all are in need of some social interactions and reasons to celebrate. We will be hosting an event in Atlanta - heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks - in September and an event in Seattle - cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We don't want anyone to feel obligated to attend both but you are welcome to if you would like and your schedule permits.

Question

Can I come to both the East and West Coast Parties?

Answer

Heck yes you can! But don't feel obligated - We wanted to provide options that suit the wide geographic spread of our dearest family and friends. Please attend as you are able.

Question

For Seattle, will there be a coat check?

Answer

March weather can be unpredictable, in anticipation that it might rain, there will be onsite complimentary coat check for all guests.

Question

Where do we park?

Answer

For Atlanta, the Clermont has a valet service for $25 for guests of the event but the space is relatively limited. Street parking is available or in a short walking distance at Ponce City Market. For Seattle, there is a lot next door to the Foundry, cost $10. Uber and Lyft are great options as well.

Question

What about a ceremony?

Answer

We are going to be married in a private ceremony in Seattle before the larger reception. We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone after the ceremony at the Fremont Foundry.
