Eddie's Attic
For our music lovers. Eddie's Attic is a small live music venue located on Decatur's square. A “listening room” with a superior sound system/acoustics, where customers are asked to silence cell phones and actually listen to the songs, has made the Attic’s music room a hit with music enthusiasts. Eddie’s Attic has been the springboard for an amazing number of local artists who have gone on to receive national recognition – names like John Mayer, Sugarland, Shawn Mullins, and The Civil Wars
Taqueria Del Sol
Sally's favorite lunch spot. Taqueria is a great casual dining taco joint. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, but their queso and salsa trio are must-orders. Sally and Dylan love the veggie and the fried chicken tacos.
Athens Pizza
A local institution, Athens is a casual Pizza restaurant that serves Greek-style pizza (plus a whole menu of other great Greek cuisine). You can't go wrong with the pizza but their gyros are great too.
Universal Joint Decatur
A great place for sports fans to sit and watch a game. They also have a nice patio in Decatur's Oakurst neighborhood that is the perfect place to grab a drink and people watch.
