Can’t wait to celebrate!

We met WAY back in elementary school, we were friends in middle school for a little bit then he moved away. We managed to be friends on Facebook after all the years. We randomly reconnected and our first date was at Trader’s World, because all we really wanted to do was walk around and talk to each other and catch up.

Well let's start off by saying Zack knows I love sunflowers and I've always wanted to go to the sunflower field in Yellow Springs. I had been bugging Zack pretty much for a whole month about finally going. We set a date to go and take family pictures. But... I decided I wanted to go sooner and was being a brat about waiting any longer. ( he must really love me!) Zack had to rush and spread the news to everyone that it was happening sooner than expected. We took our family pictures and then all the sudden I more of our family showing up. ( I didn't think anything of it because I talked to Zack about trying to get group pictures done.) Zack and I were about to take a picture together when he turned towards me and said some really sweet things... then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! Of course I said yes!
