How to add members/guests to your party/RSVP?

Answer

Send a email to hardyfam2019@gmail.com with guest names and counts that you would like to be added. Please keep family/guest size to 4 people or less per group

Will there be handicap accesible accomadations?

Answer

Yes. There are ramps guest can use instead of stairs to enter into the venue if needed. The reception will be held on the 2nd floor of the castle. These is a elevator and staircase guest and use to access the ballroom where the reception will be held.

Can i make changes to my hotel reservation?

Answer

Yes, HOWEVER any changes that need to be made to individual reservations must be made within 48 hours of arrival. For cancellations to individual reservations, the hotel must be notified within 48 hours of arrival in order TO AVOID THE PENALTY CHARGE OF 'ONE' NIGHT'S ROOM AND TAX. **Please contact Courtney Nichols @ 210-566-6110** Again make sure to reference the Hardy/Patton wedding.
