Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors at Dow Gardens. If it rains depending on the severity the ceremony will still take place, if not other arrangements will be made.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, but please add them as additional guests to your party so we can plan accordingly for food.

Can you bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, but again please let us know in advance.

Where are we registered?

Answer

We have a honeymoon fund available on this website and we also have an Amazon registry if you prefer that.

Are cellphones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes but please be respectful of other people's space and the photographer. Also when posting photos on social media please use the hashtag #MerrilyMaczynski so we can see and enjoy your photos as well.

Reception Drinks information.

Answer

Our reception is going to be a BYOB event. We will have some beer but please bring some to share. Only beer and wine will be allowed at our reception venue per the rules of the venue.

Your wedding reception is at a park?

Answer

Yes, we have the pavilion for us, there is beautiful scenery and a playground for the kids and families. Our reception is very low key and we just want everyone to have fun and enjoy the celebration of our unity.

What to Wear/ Our Theme

Answer

We are having our wedding outdoors at Dow Gardens, please wear footwear that will not disturb the land. Our Event is 1950's/Golden Age of Comics, please feel free to wear your superhero apparel or 1950s style and denim is perfectly acceptable.

Reception Food?

Answer

We are having Bubba Q's barbecue truck catering our event so expect amazing BBQ food.
