We're so excited to celebrate with you!

We got married in a private ceremony on May 3, 2020 and plan to renew our vows with family and friends on Sunday, May 2, 2021 followed by the formal reception we originally planned. We cannot wait to finally safely celebrate with all of you!

Stephanie and Bobby first matched on Tinder in July 2016 with the promise that Bobby would take Stephanie camping. Their first date was at 4 Noses Brewery for trivia night. Stephanie thought it would be a great idea to bring her sister, Michelle, and pup, Sadie, along as well. Stephanie teased Bobby endlessly about his (not so stellar) beer choices. They never knew that that night would become the beginning of something amazing for them!

Stephanie accompanied Bobby on a work trip to New Orleans in June, which just so happened to coincide with Father's Day. Since New Orleans is a pretty equidistant from both Austin and Birmingham, they invited their parents to come and celebrate Father's Day together! On the morning of June 15, 2019, after eating beignets together at Café du Monde, they decided to take a walk around the French Quarter. They took some photos by the Mississippi River and were about to walk over to Jackson Square when Bobby got down on one knee and popped the question! With both their parents watching and Michelle photographing and videotaping the whole moment, Stephanie said yes!! There was a saxophonist playing "Over the Rainbow” and the other people admiring the river started cheering and clapping. After Stephanie stopped crying tears of joy, they headed over to Pat O'Brien's for some celebratory Hurricanes!!
