We're getting married!

Parker and Brianna met through mutual friends at a trivia night in Austin, Texas, in the fall of 2023. Though they met in social settings before, this was the first time that they were able to chat and impress each other with random tidbits of knowledge. Trivia nights led to dinner parties, which then led to a group trip to the Houston Rodeo. It was on this trip that Parker started to get the sense that this could be more than a friendship. In May of 2024, Parker and Brianna travelled to Boston to celebrate the engagement of two of their best friends. They talked and laughed for hours while traveling around Massachusetts, and enjoyed each other's company on a free day they spent exploring the city. As soon as the airplane wheels touched down in Austin, Parker FINALLY asked Brianna on a date! What drew Parker to Bri from the very beginning was her kindness and the thoughtful way she cares for the people around her. Even early on — after a few wrong turns in Boston — Parker got a glimpse of Bri’s endlessly positive outlook and calm easygoing personality despite getting turned around in a new city. Above all, Bri has a gracious heart that makes everyone around her feel valued, loved, and at home. Brianna had a sense pretty early on that this was going to be the man that she would marry. She could see in Parker that he was kind, thoughtful, intelligent, and most importantly, he had a love for the Lord that she had never seen before. On December 6, 2025, Parker told Brianna that they were going to celebrate her birthday a little early by taking a day trip to Fredericksburg to go hiking and then do some wine tastings. Halfway up the hike, Parker got down on one knee and proposed. The easiest “YES!” flew out of Brianna’s mouth, and the couple is so excited to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by family and friends on March 7, 2027, in Spring Branch, Texas!
