Hotel
This is the hotel where we will hold all of our events. The Cabo Azul Resort is NOT all-inclusive and has a variety of suites and villas to choose from. Check out the hotel at www.caboazulresort.com. We have Group Rates available and you can book through the link below. Please note, when booking, the reservations are in Mexican Pesos so you'll have to convert to get the price in US dollars. Choose checkout as a guest if you don't want to create a diamond resort account. *** There will also be a daily resort fee applied upon check-in. The resort fees cover activities, internet, fitness center & classes, parking, etc.
Travel Note
Cabo Azul is 7 miles south of San Jose del Cabo (SJD) Airport (approximately 15 minutes by car). The resort offers one way and round trip transfers from SJD to Cabo Azul for a nominal fee. Our suggestion is to pre-arrange transportation through the hotel. Arrangements can be made through the concierge at +011.52.624.163.5100 Ext. 2308 or Ext. 2901 Otherwise, the yellow and white mini-shuttles tend to be the least expensive. They depart once they’re full. Taxis are another, more-expensive option.
Flight
Airlines that fly into the Los Cabos International Airport include: Aeroméxico, Air Canada, AirTran, AirTransat, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Southwest, Delta, Frontier, Interjet, Spirit, Sun Country, Sunwing, United Airlines, US Airways, Virgin America, VivaAerobus, Volaris and WestJet.
Travel Note
Once on the ground, you'll pass through customs and immigration. Outside of the customs and immigration area, you’ll probably see several timeshare salespeople vying for your attention. PROCEED OUTSIDE and avoid this area. Outside of the building is where you'll find shuttles and cabs. DO NOT TALK to anyone after you get through customs and collect your baggage. Until you see the blue skies avoid all eye contact :)
Travel Note
You are allowed to bring in outside food and beverages and we encourage our guests to purchase water bottles, snacks etc. to store in their fridges during their stay. El Mercado is located below the hotel and has great general groceries, wine and beer and quick bites.
Travel Note
Whether you're coming from the States or somewhere over seas, please don't forget your passport! You'll still have to go through immigration and customs.
