The wedding ceremony will take place at 2:00 PM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Hudson, WI, and will be presided over by Father Dan Tracy. It will be a full Catholic eucharistic ceremony, including communion, and will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. We warmly invite all our guests to participate in the ceremony however they feel comfortable. If you are not Catholic or have never attended a Catholic Mass before—no worries at all! Wedding programs will be provided on the day with everything you need to follow along. We are so excited to have you there as we exchange our vows and begin this next chapter together.
Attire: Formal Vineyard Flair Think suit and tie, cocktail or floor-length dresses, and a little fall-inspired polish. Layers are a good idea for the evening breeze! We love olive green, dusty pink, and gold if you're looking for color ideas. Please avoid: White (reserved for the bride!) and Eggplant/plum (bridesmaids' colors) Come dressed to celebrate—we can’t wait to see you!
Due to our venue's capacity limits, significant others and kids included in our guest count have been addressed. We appreciate your understanding!
We’re excited to treat our guests to a delicious buffet dinner, followed by dessert and late-night snacks to keep everyone fueled for the celebration ahead! Dietary options will be available as part of the buffet—please be sure to indicate any dietary needs or restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
An open bar will be available during cocktail hour, featuring our signature drinks: an Old Fashioned and a Spicy Moscow Mule. During dinner and the dance, we’ll be serving beer and wine. For those who’d like something a little stronger, a full cash bar will remain open throughout the evening.
To keep things safe and stress-free, please plan ahead and use the hotel shuttles to get to the vineyard—especially if you’ll be drinking. If your plans change, no worries—you're welcome to leave your car overnight at Belle Ame Vineyard and take the shuttle back to the hotel. Just make sure all vehicles are picked up by 9:00 AM on Sunday morning.
