Where are the ceremony and reception located?

Both the ceremony and reception are located at Tar Creek Ranch. 2514 Huasna Rd Arroyo Grande, CA 93420

Question

Do I get a plus 1 to the wedding?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. We kindly ask that you not bring a plus one or extra guests unless specified, as we have a set amount of food and accommodations.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we love kids, we are unable to accommodate for all of them to attend. We are prioritizing immediate family with children first. Refer to your invitation. Please note that we do not have high chairs available so plan accordingly. We will have kids meals/kid friendly food at the reception!

Is the reception and ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

March weather is a toss up on the central coast so please check the temperature as the wedding approaches. In the event of rain, we have an indoor barn option for the ceremony at Tar Creek Ranch. If we get beautiful spring weather (fingers crossed!), the ceremony will take place outside in the meadow. The reception will take place in a covered tent, and dessert/dancing will take place in the barn.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire- Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suit and tie, blazer, or dress pants. No jeans please. It tends to cool down after the sun goes down, so we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket. Ladies- the ceremony will likely be in the meadow. We recommend wearing platform heels rather than stiletto type heels.
