ITS ALL HAPPENING

Will and I first met in class at Coastal Carolina University. He will tell the story that I moved seats slowly, as to not be too obvious that I was just trying to sit closer to him, and I guess I will agree! Who wouldn't want to sit by the cutest boy in class? While our relationship didn't take off that semester, I knew it was fate when we had several classes together the next semester. I started off by inviting him to my birthday get together in early fall 2015, but he never showed. I continued to ask him to study and basically forced him to let me drive him to his car off campus for the remainder of the semester. I'll say he fell for my smarts and persistence, but he would say I have chased him ever since!

After 3 years of dating, our worlds collided in the best way possible! A miracle baby boy, Hollis O'Neil. We are so lucky to have had the most supportive friends and family a long the way. Having Hollis and watching each other parent has solidified our love in God and in one another. We knew we loved each other, but being able to love a child together has been so fulfilling in our relationship.

After Hollis was born, we took some time to adjust to life as parents. Will knew that with my schooling and being a new mom, waiting to plan a wedding to make it perfect for us, was the right choice. He always knows what is best for our family! On our first family vacation to Hilton Head Island, on September 20, 2020 , Will got down on one knee and asked if I would make our family complete through marriage. Of course! We have made so many special memories together and I cannot wait to continue these.
