We ask that guests kindly RSVP by October 15th in order for us to ensure they may be a part of our special day.
For all of our wonderful friends and family members with little ones, we look forward to celebrating with the whole family! On the RSVP page, you will see all members of the family and guests who are welcome to attend. Please refrain from bringing any guests not formally invited. Please note, we will not have childcare arranged. We appreciate that you keep an eye on all of your little ones.
We will be providing buses to and from the Four Points by Sheraton and the venue. In order to accommodate as many guests as possible on buses, guests have been assigned particular departure times to the venue. If you are unable to make your departure time, we encourage you to seek alternative transportation to the venue. Return buses will be openly available.
Guests are welcome to drive themselves to and park at the event. Though we would ask that guests take the buses or designate a sober driver if they plan to drink, guests may leave cars overnight at the venue so long as they are retrieved by 9:30 am Sunday morning. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
We ask that guests arrive in cocktail or semi-formal attire. This includes elegant dresses of any length. For guests who prefer pants, please arrive in a suit, jumpsuit, or blazer with dress pants. Ties are optional. Be aware that you might have to walk through gravel and grass. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), while our reception will take place in a climate controlled, fully enclosed tent. Please be sure to check the temperature and bring a coat if you run cold.
