What should I wear?

Answer

Suits for men and any style of dress for women. It is a spring wedding, so colorful dresses encouraged!

When to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 30th or as soon as possible.

Will the wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors as long as weather permits. The reception will be indoors across the street from the ceremony.

Where to park?

Answer

The Vineyard at East Wind has limited parking: 5672 NY-25A, Wading River, NY 11792 If the lot fills, East Wind Hotel has plenty of parking and is a short walk: 5720 NY-25A, Wading River, NY 11933 You are allowed to leave your car at East Wind until noon the next day (12pm Sunday 5/31).

Aim for 5pm. Ceremony starts at 5:30 Not too early, not too late ;)

What to expect for food and drinks?

Answer

Open bar will be available throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Cocktail hour will have a large variety of hor dourves. Reception will have dinner served with multiple entree choices followed by the most important part, dessert!

Should I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would like to have a phone free ceremony. Photos will be captured by professional photographers. You are welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and reception.

Where can I stay overnight?

Answer

The travel tab at the top of the website has some hotel options nearby. As there is an open bar please consider rideshare, carpooling, and/or booking a hotel as we want everyone to enjoy themselves and be safe!
