Where at Avanti is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside of the Amore Ballroom. The reception will be held inside the ballroom.

Can I take photos/ videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer named Kaitlyn, and she will be there to capture all the moments during and after the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion! Feel free to take as many photos and videos after the ceremony is finished!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. To avoid being late and missing anything we recommend arriving no later than 4:45pm to ensure parking and finding a seat before the ceremony starts!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is semi- formal! Feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please no white!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However this is strictly a adults-only wedding. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP “yes” or “no” by May 9th. This allows us to give our venue a correct count prior to the wedding.
