We joined the University Intramurals team, becoming teammates and friends. Years later, Jess joined Josh's co-ed adult soccer team through an invite from a mutual friend. From there the team bonding got stronger along with their friendship, and the rest is history!

A weekend of adventures was planned, we packed up the truck and hit the road! Little did Jess know, this was not like all their other adventure weekends. First was a stop at the Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump. We explored the museum and trails on the site. We then headed south to Waterton. After checking into the Prince of Wales hotel, we went for dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed arguably the best meal and dessert either of us has ever had. The foyer looks over the lake with floor to 3 story ceiling windows, we decided to sit and watch the sun set with a post dinner drink. The view was beautiful. We chatted, laughed, and planned our big hike for the next day. That is when Josh popped the question! It could not have been a more perfect day.
