We recommend arriving at the ceremony by 4:00pm, allowing ample time to be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm.
Cocktail attire is requested for our wedding celebration. Guests should opt for elegant, semi-formal attire - think dressy suits or nice khakis for gentlemen and cocktail dresses or long dresses for ladies. Please avoid jeans or overly casual clothing to help maintain the sophisticated atmosphere of our special day. Of course, please no white! Please be mindful that the ceremony will take place outdoors on the grass, and we recommend weather-appropriate clothing and appropriate footwear.
We kindly request an "unplugged" ceremony, asking our guests to be fully present and refrain from taking photos or videos. Our desire is for everyone to experience this precious moment authentically, without screens or devices. During the reception, however, we welcome and encourage you to capture memories! We'll provide a QR code for easy photo and video sharing, allowing you to contribute to our wedding day memories. Thank you for helping us celebrate this special occasion.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors with a breathtaking view of Grandfather Mountain. Our cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. In the event of unexpected rain, we have a beautiful indoor backup plan for the ceremony to ensure a seamless celebration.
