Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP and have all of your accommodations booked by August 1st, 2025. We know this may sound far in advance but due to it being a destination wedding, we will not be able to hold the hotel blocks past that date.

Can we stay at another hotel?
Answer
Unfortunately, the venue will not allow guests to attend if they are not staying at the AVA. We will all be together at the AVA and have a blast!

What should I wear?

Sangeet Night: Ladies: Colorful Indian or Fusion clothes, Colorful Skirts and dresses Men: Colorful Indian or Fusion Clothes, Kurtas, Button Ups, Sport Coats Wedding Day (Baraat, Sikh Wedding, Lunch, & Hindu Wedding) Ladies: Pastel and Beachy colored Indian and Fusion Clothes. Please bring a scarf (or your dupatta) to cover your head during the Sikh Ceremony Men: Pastel and Beachy colored Indain Clothes, Kurtas or Button Ups with dress slacks. Men's head coverings will be provided if you do not have one. What should we be doing Friday after the ceremony?
Answer
We have left Friday evening (and Saturday during the day!) to enjoy the resort! There are 17 restaurants on site at the hotel property that you will have access to as part of the all-inclusive package and we are excited to hopefully meet up with the wedding party at one of the hotel bars by the end of the night for some quality time with our loved ones!!

Do we book our flights through the Shaadi Destinations portal?
Answer
No. All flights should be booked separately through whatever airline + times you prefer. After booking, you will receive an email from the AVA to confirm your flight details and confirm your transportation to and from the airport and hotel.

Are kids invited to the reception?
Answer
As much as we love and adore your little ones, we are having an adult only reception.

Is there a childcare option for the reception?
Answer
Yes - you may email: prearrivalconcierge@avacancun.com for nanny/ child care options as the hotel has certified child care (can provide documents upon requests).

Is the resort an all-inclusive?
Answer
Yes! Once you arrive at the resort, all food and drinks will be provided as part of your booking and at wedding events. Kick back, relax, and enjoy!

Can I get my hair and/or make up done?
Answer
Yes! We will be sending out/posting the contact information of the hair and make up artists for you to reach out to to book your appointments.

Can I Golf?
Answer
