When Should I r.s.v.p.?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation that is a great and would be very helpful! Our vendors require us to provide headcount by August 1st. Any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No" on August 2nd. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly invitation only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are Kids invited?

Answer

Our wedding is an adult-only event. We respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children so we can celebrate with you!

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before our Ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule and help our guest that may need extra assistance.

Can I take pictures and/ or videos during your ceremony?

Answer

We hired a very talented professional to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you may want to snap some photos, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony.

When do I need to get to Portugal and when can I leave?

Answer

We recommend arriving in Lisbon by Monday, September 15, in time for the welcome party. The wedding will be held on Wednesday, September 17. While your return travel can be planned for Thursday, September 18, we're considering a farewell boat outing that day, depending on guest availability. If you'd like to join, we suggest booking your departure for Friday, September 19, just in case.

What Transportation is being Provided? ( This is optional, but please communicate with bride )

September 16th, 2025 1. Shuttle from Lisbon ( Memmo Príncipe Real ) to Sintra (Quinta Bella Vista) , directly to pool party at Quinta Bella Vista, Sintra - Shuttle will leave Lisbon at 12:45 pm ( Please arrive 5 min before this time ) - The shuttle will than transport the luggage of people staying at Palácio de Seteais + NH Sintra directly to hotels by 2:00 pm 2. Shuttle after Rehearsal Dinner from Quinta Bella Vista to Palácio de Seteais & the NH Sintra - Shuttle will leave at 9:50 pm for Palácio de Seteais & the NH Sintra September 17th, 2025 1. Shuttle to Quinta Bella Vista for Wedding from Palácio de Seteais + NH Sintra - Exact times will be provided prior to wedding 2. Shuttle from Quinta Bella Vista leaving wedding to Palácio de Seteais + NH Sintra - Midnight 3. Late Night Taxi or Car also will be provided

Transportation leaving Pool Party at Quinta Bella Vista around 4:00 pm to your respective hotels -Uber, Bolt, or Taxi 2. Transportation to Rehearsal Dinner at Quinta Bella Vista that starts at 6:30pm - Hotels should help you connect with drivers or you can use Uber/Bolt September 18th, 2025 1. Sintra to your next destination - Uber, Bolt, or Taxi -People staying at Hotels, the hotel should help you coordinate this -There is a train that goes from Sintra back to Lisbon, but you would just need to get transportation to train Station
