Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional is the preferred attire. A black tie-optional attire invites guests to dress in formalwear, with tuxedos and evening gowns preferred. However, a dark suit and tie or a formal cocktail dress is also entirely appropriate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly request that you arrive at 5:00 PM EST.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Any guests that are invited will have their name listed when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes! Please inform your waiter of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the reception so they can assist you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is available to and from the Pearl River Hilton Hotel prior to the ceremony and after the reception ends. Shuttles will be departing the Pearl River Hilton to The Rockleigh at 4:30 PM ET and 5:10 PM ET. Shuttles will be departing The Rockleigh for the after party at the Pearl River Hilton beginning at 11 PM ET.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Valet parking will be provided at The Rockleigh. Cars can be left at the venue overnight as needed.
