Additionally, you can use the hotel website provided to book. In order to be included in the group room rate, reservations must be made no later than May 28th. ROOM RATE $199 per night

To book with this hotel, you can use the hotel website address provided, and don't forget to use the promotion code! In order to get the group rate, your arrival date will need to be set to June 26th and departing on June 29th, however you can edit the actual days that you are staying and booking at the hotel. From there, you would select Special Rate and navigate to Promotion Code, using the code 'MWG'. At that time, you can select 'Find Rates' and it will show the King Suite at the rate of $209 per night and the Queen Suite at the rate of $209 per night. If all rooms are booked before the cut off date June 25th, then it will just show the regular rate of the room type.
