It all began in Hawaii, where an introduction through Nichele's sister Kaylee sparked a connection neither of us saw coming. What started as a chance meeting during college winter break quickly blossomed into something more. For four years, we navigated the distance, with Nichele pursuing her dream of becoming a dentist in Wisconsin while Sage built his career at home in Hawaii. Our foundation was built on dedication, patience, and more late-night phone calls than we can count, each one bringing us a little closer than the last. After seven years of growth, adventure, and a lifetime of memories, we knew the time had come. Standing in front of Niagara Falls, bundled up in 15-degree weather, Sage got down on one knee. Nichele had a feeling the moment was near, but that didn't make it any less meaningful. The answer was an easy yes.
