Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Mountain weather can change quickly, so we recommend bringing a jacket or coat just in case. Outdoor heaters will be available if temperatures are cooler.

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes! Please join us after the ceremony for delicious tacos, sides, and plenty of dessert.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Memorial Day weekend traffic can be heavy, especially through Leavenworth, so we encourage guests to allow extra travel time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see everyone dressed in semi-formal attire. Since the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on grass, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and avoiding very narrow heels when possible.

Where should I park?

Answer

On-site parking will be available at the venue. Follow signs upon arrival and allow a few extra minutes to walk from the parking area to the ceremony site.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the venue. We kindly ask that all furry friends stay home for the day.
