FAQs

The Wedding Website of Saffron Tait and Giles Wellman
If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom.
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organise with our vendors. However, the deadline is the 5th of June 2025. If you have not RSVP'd by this date, we will have to count you as a 'no'.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we are trying to keep it an intimate event, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will be listed on your invite when you RSVP.

Question

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30pm. You need to arrive by 3:00pm. If you're late, you won't be able to join the ceremony and will have to wait until cocktail hour. As most of you will be arriving via the bus from Dalby, this shouldn't be an issue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is your excuse to dress up and be extra! The dress code is black tie with a garden party influence. Think royal wedding attire ;) Please refrain from wearing jeans, trainers, or anything white (this doesn't include shirts). Or bridesmaids are in black. If you have more detailed questions or need further guidance, please don't hesitate to reach out to Saff, as she loves fashion.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We would love for our guests to be fully present when we say "I do," so during the ceremony, we ask that no phones or cameras be used and that you leave this to the professionals we've hired for the day (we will share all images with you once we receive them). You can, however, take as many photos as you like for the rest of the celebrations. We just ask that you do not share any photos of us, aka the bride and groom, on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so!

Question

Shall we give a gift?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day, and we are so grateful to have you celebrate with us. However, if you wish to give a gift, we are saving up for our honeymoon.
