We Met in a bar in hartford and something clicked for both of us, as if we both secretly knew it will be start of something great. People always say if you meet someone at a bar it will not last but we can tell you its not true, if its meant to be destiny will bring you together and thats what happened with us. He asked me to go on a date next day and asked me to be his girlfriend when I was on the plane to go visit my parents back in dubai (I know a little different but it will always be special)and from that moment on it was all history❤️

2 years full of memories later and we moved in together traveled to different states and introduced a cute furry pup to our family named ghost. On Valentine's day Donavan took Safa to their favorite restaurant Zohara after wine and dinner. Gabby who is both of our best friends aka the made of honor(who planned it all with donavan) wanted to supposedly get drinks around the same area. Donavan insisted on walking but because Safa was wearing uncomfortable heels & was not happy about it all, the whole way there she complained, in the meanwhile Donavan had his family waiting for them below the stairs in center of blue back square. they got to the bottom of the stairs (Safa made him take the elevator of course!) and he got on one knee and the rest was tears of joy and hearts full of love. Safa said yes to spending a life time full of love with him. We can't wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!
