When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We are asking for all attendees to RSVP as soon as possible for proper planning. Please RSVP no later than October 19th, 2018.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please allow time to park and find the venue if you are not familiar with the area. It is recommended to be at the venue by 3:45pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone's significant other. However, your invitation will indicate if a seat is reserved for anyone else besides yourself.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Even though we want to see everyone's beautiful children we have to keep the headcount down. Your invitation will indicate if a seat is reserved for anyone else besides yourself. If you have an infant that you are considering bringing from 3 years old or younger please reach out to us directly so we can get a feel of how many kids to possibly expect.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

Please visit the 'Travel' section of the website. The Best Western Plus in Placerville is the most convenient location to the venue. You can reserve a room by referencing ‘Dorado-Saechao Wedding’ by calling directly at (530)622-9100. Other hotels are also available to be booked but are further away. The approximate travel time is listed under the hotel name.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be held outside and the dinner/reception will be indoor.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Pictures will be allowed anytime EXCEPT during the ceremony. Please enjoy the wedding and allow the photographer to capture this moment.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

There will be a hosted cocktail hour at the same venue immediately after the ceremony.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Although we do not have a formal store registry you can help us out by making a donation to our honeymoon fund. Please visit the 'Registry' section for more information.

Will food be served?

Answer

Food will be served approximately 1 hour after the ceremony has concluded.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

You know it! The traditional money dance will also be making an appearance as well! :)

We’ve never done this before :)! Although we do not anticipate any major changes to anything, we are learning as we go along. Please continue to check back to confirm as we get closer to the big day.
