Question

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have four hotel blocks for our guests: The Langham Hotel (the venue itself) The Bostonian (0.4 miles from the venue) Courtyard Boston Downtown (1.0 mile from the venue) Boston Marriott Cambridge (2.1 miles from the venue) Please see the "Travel" tab for addresses, links, and discount codes!

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We encourage you to plan to arrive at 3:45pm. The wedding ceremony will be held at 4:00pm. With Boston's traffic and terrible drivers, hidden entrances to parking garages, and wardrobe mishaps, we know that delays can happen anytime ;)

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the Langham Hotel. We highly recommend that you take an Uber or Lyft. If you're feeling adventurous, find your way over through the Boston MBTA, our local train system! The closest stop to the Langham Hotel is State Street station on the Blue Line or the Orange Line.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking offered at the wedding venue, but there is also an underground garage right across the street called Garage at Post Office Square (112 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02109).

Question

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Boston?

Answer

As Boston is a GREAT walking city, September is the perfect weather to adventure! We encourage you to walk down Newbury Street and end up at the Boston Public Gardens, check out the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, take a stroll on the Charles River Esplanade, visit Fenway Park, follow the Freedom Trail, or take a tumble down the Cop Slide (just kidding, please Google this).

Question

Where in the f**k do I park in Boston?

Answer

First, sorry that you have a car in Boston. Second, finding street parking is like buying a boat. Exciting at first, but then you realize there's a lot of work involved. You are required to move your car to a different block every few hours - it's a hassle and not always worth your money (unless it's Sunday and you get free parking!). Venue parking: Garage at Post Office Square (112 Congress St, Boston, MA 02110). Downtown parking: Haymarket Center Garage (136 Blackstone St, Boston, MA 02109). If you buy something from the Boston Public Market (attached), the vendor can validate your parking ticket to make it cheaper.
