There are two ways to make your way up to Mendocino once you've arrived in the Bay Area: 1) Carpool: Visit our carpooling spreadsheet (use the button below) to join an available car with friends. For friends driving with extra space, please add your cars to the spreadsheet! 2) Rent a car yourself at one of the airports above Suggestion: If you have time and enjoy a road trip, consider taking route 1 north to Mendocino along the coast instead of the inland route. You'll travel through sweet coastal fishing towns and have sweeping ocean and bluff views. This route will add about an hour.

Where to Stay

Guests who have communicated (through our survey) that they would like to stay on site will be hearing from us to confirm your specific onsite accommodation. If you selected this option, you will be able to stay onsite. If you are staying offsite, please refer to your favorite hotel booking site (booking.com; Airbnb, VRBO) for local accommodations in the town of Mendocino, as we do not have a hotel block. Be sure to book in or near the town of Mendocino! We encourage booking as early as possible, as these months fill up quickly.
