FAQs

The Wedding Website of Ciara Goodman and Alec Sadowski
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The Night Before Welcome Party: We're keeping things fun and festive! We kindly request our guests wear cocktail attire. Think dress pants with collared shirts (tie optional), knee length dresses, or polished separates. Wedding Day: We kindly request our guests wear formal attire. For the ladies, this means a mid length to floor length dress or pantsuit. For the men, this means a suit and tie. For our guests who love to coordinate, we would love to see you wearing our wedding day color palette of dusty blue, navy, or green. Please see the color palette referenced above for easy matching! Ultimately, please avoid neon colors or overly bright patterns.

Answer

August 31, 2026! Additional RSVP details will be included with your wedding invitation.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! We're so grateful for your love and support. You can find our registry by clicking the "Registry" tab on our website. You can also search for us by name on Zola. We're registered at Amazon, Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma, and Etsy. You can search for us by name on those sites as well. Thank you for your generosity!

Answer

Yes! We've reserved a block of rooms for our guests. Please visit the "Accommodations" tab on our website for details. We highly recommend booking early!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

We have chosen to have a smaller, more intimate wedding day. Because of that, we thoughtfully selected our guest list. If a plus-one is included for you, it will be indicated on your invitation/RSVP details. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Although we love your children, we have chosen to include only children from our immediate families in the celebration. We kindly invite the rest of our guests to use the weekend as an opportunity to relax & unwind! Thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will provide dinner at both our night before welcome party and at our wedding reception. Menus haven't been finalized yet, but we will share the details with you soon!

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy/dietary concerns so we can accommodate your needs.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We are providing an open bar experience at both our night before welcome party and at our wedding reception. We can't wait to toast, sip, and celebrate with you all!

Question

What is the Night Before Welcome Party?

Answer

It's a kickoff to our wedding celebration! We're hosting at Braxton Brewing, conveniently located down the street from our venue, where we will toast to the exciting day ahead. It's an opportunity to catch up, meet fellow guests, and relax before the big day.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request all guests arrive by 5:00 PM to find their seat, enjoy a welcome drink, and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM and we wouldn't want you to miss a single moment.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure our professional photographers can capture the day beautifully, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. There will be plenty of opportunities for photos during cocktail hour and the reception. We can't wait to see all of your smiles captured by our amazing photographers!

Question

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

There are several parking garages and parking lots available near the venue. Our venue also offers valet parking for added convenience.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the courtyard. Since Kentucky weather can be a bit unpredictable, please keep an eye on the forecast as the day approaches. In the event of rain, we will have tents available to keep everyone dry.
