When should I RSVP by?

October 1st. Please RSVP on this website and fill out the Excel sheet, link is on the Travel page. The reason for the RSVP requirement being in October is to secure the number of rooms we need before they sell out. This will avoid guests being forced to find different accommodations that are not at a discounted group rate.

NO! They do not as long as they’re 17 or under.

Can I only stay six nights?

No, you will have the option to book for as many days as you would like with the resort. Minimum is two nights. The dates listed on this website is a general guide for the prices we calculated for you.
