RSVPs are due July 25th. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that has a QR code that you can scan, or feel free to click here (link) to let us know your plans.
The wedding and reception will both be held outdoors. If rain is in the forecast, the ceremony will be moved under the reception tent. Appropriate footwear is recommended.
Semi-formal attire is requested. (If you are planning on staying the night/staying later we highly recommend you bring a jacket or a change of clothes. The wedding and reception will be outside and the weather can get chilly in September. This is an outdoor wedding, so we recommend avoiding high heels.
Yes! We're excited to celebrate with family and friends of all ages-just keep the little ones from stealing the show (and the cake!)
We are planning an all night campout, so you are more than welcome to come pitch a tent and hangout all night with us. If this interests you, please reach out to the bride or groom for more information. If you are coming from out of town and don't want to rough it, but still need a place to stay, please refer to the travel section for hotel block options.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. We ask guests to arrive early as there is a walk from where you will park to where the ceremony and reception will take place. The reception will begin with the wedding party entrances and the first dances at 5pm.
Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but rain and cold days are possibly in September. Keep an eye on the weather here (link) in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and have your umbrella ready. The wedding and reception will be outside, so dress accordingly.
After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for about an hour. Guests can head over to the reception area where hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 5:30 pm, with dancing to follow. You can see a the full detailed timeline information (here).
We are not providing any formal transportation, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same area. There is ample parking available a short walk away from the ceremony.
We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by dinner that includes chicken, ham, green beans, potatoes, salad, and of course, dessert! A selection of wine, beer, and specialty cocktails will be available at the bar as well as soft drinks and water.
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP (link) about your dietary needs.
