The Wedding Website of SADIE GLICKMAN and WILLIAM WARM
Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we are providing shuttles that depart from downtown Victoria to the venue and back for guests who have requested on their RSVP. Please arrive at the back of the Hotel Grand Pacific off of Quebec street by 2:00 pm as the shuttles will depart at 2:15 pm. The hotel staff are aware of the shuttles and can help if needed.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For guests driving to the wedding, please park in the church parking lot adjacent to the wedding property at Our Lady of the Assumption Church. The venue driveway is closed to vehicles. After you park, please walk to the wedding property, where the welcome team will help guide you to the ceremony. Parking Location: Our Lady of the Assumption Church parking lot, 7742 West Saanich Road.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the shuttles at Hotel Grand Pacific by 2:00pm to ensure a smooth 2:15pm departure. For guests who choose to taxi or drive, please arrive to the venue at 3:15pm.

Question

What should I expect for a private property wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on a private property, Sadie’s family’s farm, with the elevated feel of a formal garden party. Please note that there will be a fair amount of walking between event spaces, and the terrain is uneven in some areas (gravel, grass, and gentle slopes), so we recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy footwear. A huge thank you to the Glickman family for providing such a special place to celebrate! Please be respectful of the grounds and stick to the areas of the wedding events!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. For guidance, see the “Outfit Inspiration” tab. Please consider the venue when choosing your footwear. Celebrations will take place on grass, gravel, and uneven grounds!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP as soon as possible, and latest by March 18, 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and make sure you’re well taken care of on the big day.

Question

Is it an outdoor or indoor wedding?

Answer

All events on the wedding day will take place outside. Please stick to areas of the wedding celebration! While we hope the sun is shining, if the rain decides to attend, we will move the reception and dancing to a tented area.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We’re so grateful to everyone making the trip to celebrate with us. Your presence truly is the best gift. We do not have a formal registry, but if you wish to honour us with a gift, we would be so thankful for contributions to our honeymoon fund. Thank you for your love and support.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved evening off!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, they’ll be listed by name when you enter your details into the RSVP page.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see our “Travel” tab. We have recommended hotels located near the shuttle services for the wedding day and close by to any other wedding related events!
